Tell us what the vehicle is doing, where it is located, and the year, make, and model. We confirm whether the job can be completed mobile, review the expected scope, and schedule a time for Ethan to come to you.
Will work be added without asking me?+
No. If an inspection uncovers additional parts or labor, you will be notified before any extra work or charges are approved.
What if the issue cannot be diagnosed?+
The current diagnostic policy is that there is no charge when the system cannot be properly diagnosed. Any need for additional diagnostic time is discussed before proceeding.
Do you perform wheel alignments?+
No. Some steering and suspension repairs require a follow-up alignment. We will tell you when that applies so you can schedule with an alignment shop.
Where do you provide service?+
EAE Mobile Mechanic serves Sarasota County and surrounding areas. Appointment availability depends on location and the type of repair.
